Characteristic
Conference room 1+2 can accommodate :
- 115 pers. in theatre arrangement
- 48 pers. in school arrangement
- 32 pers. in "U" arrangement
Conference rooms 1+2 are part of the conference centre on the II level of the ICC.
The rectangular rooms, 16 x 8.25 m with a surface area of 132 m², can accommodate various types of events. It is furnished with chairs and conference tables and the arrangement can be adapted to any event.
These rooms are also fitted with high-quality AV equipment:
- 2 wireless microphones
- two multimedia projectors (3000 lumens)
- two 120 x 240 cm projector screens
- ceiling sound system
