Conference room 16 can accommodate :
· 30 pers. in theatre arrangement
· 12 pers. in school arrangement
· 14 pers. in "U" arrangement
Conference room 16 is part of the conference centre on the II level of the ICC.
The rectangular room, 8 x 6 m with a surface area of 47 m², can accommodate various types of events. It is furnished with chairs and conference tables and the arrangement can be adapted to any event.
The room is also fitted with high-quality AV equipment:
- 2 wireless microphones
- multimedia projector (3000 lumens)
- 120 x 240 cm projector screen
- ceiling sound system
Conference Room 16 can be connected to Conference Room 15 with a sliding wall. This expands the area of the room to 84 m², which enables many other arrangement options.
